Where do I submit a complaint or write a suggestion or give feedback? Print

To give us a suggestion/feedback about our website or bring any issue to our notice, click here.

In the “topic” dropdown menu, select website issue or feedback, or whichever option best suits yours concerns, then write to us in the space provided. Click “Next”, and you will be directed to a page that will require your personal information so we may get in touch with you. Once you submit this, we will do our best to promptly answer your query and help resolve the issue.

If you are on our website you can use the Feedback tab on the bottom right of every web page. This will capture the web page you are on and your comments.
